V rings are low-torque packing that maintains vacuum to high pressure with low tightening pressure and demonstrates excellent chemical resistance.
Also, these rings are self-sealing packing whose lip surface opens by internal pressure.
V rings have been widely used as shift packing in valve systems, plunger pump agitators and shaft packing instruments of mechanical seals.
It is recommended that our filled TRIFRON® V rings be used for sealing a portions that always slides and high pressure seals.
